This year’s beneficiary is Daily Bread Community Food Pantry. The Daily Bread Community Food Pantry is the fourth largest food pantry in Montgomery County, serving approximately 250 families or 1,000 individuals each month.
Saint Helena Home & School Association invites you to kindly RSVP here by 11/20. Donate or Volunteer Here. We are seeking donations of a few key items to round out our meal, such as bottled water, desserts, and any other simple treats that you would like to contribute. We are also asking for a few parent volunteers as well. Every little bit adds to warm and inviting meal for all! *Children can also receive service hours for Confirmation.
Santa Shop
🎅🎄 Ho Ho Ho! SHS Santa Shop is almost here! 🎄🎅
Santa’s sleigh has landed at the SHS gym, bringing a sack full of joy and affordable gifts for the whole family! 🎁✨ The entire school will have the opportunity to shop for their family and friends - the schedule will be released in the coming weeks. Parents of students in PreK-2nd are welcome to come help their little elves shop.
This year, we have new SHS swag, lots of great gifts for Mom and Dad, and everything in between. 🎅✨ Watching kids choose the perfect presents is a reminder that the true spirit of the season is all about giving with joy.

Donuts with Dad
Dads and children enjoy donuts together in the Rec Center before school. This year’s event is FREE, brought to you by the Home & School Association; with a special treat for the 8th graders and their Dads.
Trunk or Treat
Get ready for our first annual Trunk or Treat Tailgate! Bring the whole family for a fun evening! The event will be from 6 to 8 p.m. in the front school parking lot. RSVP is required so we know how many parking spots to reserve. Cars can start decorating at 5:15 p.m.
This event is open to the entire school (PreK-8th). There will be prizes for Best Costume, Scariest Costume, Best Family Costume, and Overall Trunk Winner.
Free for Participating Cars 🚗— Each car gets two parking spots! Bring chairs and deck out your trunk to impress!
$10 per Family 👨👩👧👦 — If you’re just trick-or-treating, join the fun in your best costume!
Candy Alert! 🍬 — Trunk participants, please bring candy for trick-or-treaters. Allergy-friendly treats will be provided by HSA!
Skip Cooking! 🍕 — There will be an option to order a cheese pizza on the registration form.
Whether you’re decorating a trunk or just dressing up, we can’t wait to see your costumes and creativity!

Sr. Cathe Golf Outing
The Sister Cathe Classic Golf Outing will take place on Wednesday, October 23rd at Blue Bell Country Club. All proceeds will benefit the SHS Mercy Fund.
The SHS Mercy Fund is used to support our school families who are experiencing extraordinary hardship or difficult life events, at the discretion of the school principal.
How can you help make this a successful event:

Walk-A-Thon
Get ready for St. Helena School’s annual walkathon on Friday, October 4th! Students, teachers, and volunteers will walk together to celebrate our school spirit and raise important funds to enhance our student experience. We encourage all of our students to ask family and friends to support them, and together we’ll achieve our goal! Please see the below for more information.
Grades Kindergarten to 8 will walk around Centre Square Park to celebrate the new school year together! Walk-A-Thon donations will go towards student initiatives for the 2024-2025 school year.
